In order to increase awareness of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the importance of safety and health for employees of PT Personnel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA), on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, K3 training refreshment was held through a fire fighting simulation for participants who are employee representatives. This training was held at PERSADA office, Jakarta.

This event aims to equip and improve knowledge and understanding of OHS. The K3 training is not only in the form of delivering material on Fire Safety Management, but also accompanied by activities to practice the knowledge gained in fire prevention to the use of light fire extinguishers.

With this training, it is expected that PERSADA employees will be more aware and skilled in implementing OHS considering that it is very important to be implemented in their work or in their respective workplaces, and the participants who take part in the training will become role models and can invite all employees to consistently apply OHS.
